Absolutely, with some limitations.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange the product(s) for another one. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product(s) back to Hunter Creek Crafts. Refunds will be issued when the returned products are received by Hunter Creek Crafts.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Any product that is returned must be in the same condition as you received it and in the original packaging. We will not return partially used packages of quilling paper.

At Hunter Creek Crafts we believe in being environmentally conscious so we try to recycle as many of our packing materials as possible. This includes using boxes that we have received inventory or supplies in, bubble warp, air pillows and even cardboard cereal boxes. We encourage our customers to recycle the packaging that your order arrived in.
