Delivery/Returns
Currently we offer shipping in the United States and most international locations.
Processing Times:
Generally, orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of receiving them. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude United States Postal Service holidays.
Domestic Shipping:
We offer free shipping on all US orders over $50 and flat rate shipping for any order under $50. We will select the most cost-effective shipping method that provides a delivery time within 3 to 5 days. Generally, this will be USPS Priority Mail but depending on the size of the order we may choose to use UPS. Tracking is included on all orders.
International Shipping:
We ship to most international destinations and offer several levels of service. We offer flat rate economy shipping to international destinations for orders that are under 4 pounds with a delivery time of 1-3 weeks. If you would like your order faster you can select an upgraded shipping service during checkout. These upgraded services are calculated based on the weight of your order.
If you are ordering from a country outside of the United States please be aware that you may be charged additional duties and taxes by your government. We have no control over these fees. You can estimate the additional fees by using one of the online calculators linked below. If you reject the order due to the additional fees we will issue a refund once the products have been returned, however, you will be responsible for the return shipping. If you reject the package and decline to pay the return shipping we can not issue a refund.

Missing Orders:
Hunter Creek Crafts is not responsible for any stolen packages. Please ensure that you have a secure place for your package to be delivered or plan for someone to be available to take delivery. In the case of a stolen package, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a police report and then report the theft to the shipping provider.
Returns Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange the product(s) for another one. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product(s) back to Hunter Creek Crafts. Refunds will be issued when the returned products are received by Hunter Creek Crafts.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Any product that is returned must be in the same condition as you received it and in the original packaging. We will not return partially used packages of quilling paper.
